These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Prompter mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. The App is provided for recording video and audio of yourself while reading scripts. You are solely responsible for the content you create, record, or store using the App, and you must ensure you have the right and permission to record any people or content included in your recordings.

No Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we, our licensors, or our contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, recordings, profits, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your recordings and any consequences of creating or sharing them, including compliance with applicable laws regarding consent for recording. You acknowledge that any content you record is created at your own risk, and we accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or unintended disclosure of your recordings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
